Dis- Chem South gate Clinic

I went to Dis-Chem South Gate to get a health check for vitality and i must say that the nurse gave me the best service, I had a lot of concerns as i was not feeling well and she was willing to listen and advice me better. I truly appreciate the service she gave me. i was so stressed on the day and i would like to thank (Kerry-Ann Singaram) her for the great service.
