Dis-chem service

Mall of Africa I phoned for a repeat chronic script and was cut off each of 4 times. An e-mail was returned as undeliverable. I am Covid high risk because of age and underlying med issues and do not want to queue in store. The operator does not come back to call but just cuts it. Dispensary just doesn't answer. Getting meds from them is a nightmare.
