Dis-Chem selling cheap paper masks at an ******ionate price. Is this not racketeering?

I went to the Dis-Chem in Sandton today. At the front of the shop was a large basket containing hundreds of thin paper disposable masks, individually packaged. They have obviously been imported from China in huge numbers. Dis-Chem is selling this item for R19.95 each. I would like to know what they paid for those masks because I have no doubt it would have been a fraction of that cost. That is a clear example of racketeering to me. As the fear of Covid-19 grows amongst our population, and more and more people are desperate to get their hands on masks because they feel they offer some kind of protection - Dis-Chem is choosing to profit from people's fear by selling a cheap piece of disposable paper at a completely inflated rate. I think it is absolutely disgraceful. As a comparison, you can buy, at the same shop, 8 packets of Twinsaver pocket paper tissues for the same price?
