Dis-chem Rips off Customers

Enough is enough Dis-chem stop *********** your customers. This week was the third time you incorrectly charged me. You advertise one price on your shelf and charge a higher price at the till. If so obvious that you are robbing your customers, the teller is so used to the routine if the price is queried, she walks to the product brings back the correct price tag, calls her manager to override the price, and no apologies offered by either of them. I actually feel sorry for Customers with multiple items in their trolley and those that do not watch the prices being scanned or read their till slop at Dis Chem. I complained to their help desk, and was given the most idiotic explanation that the sever does the price not them. So as per their help desk staff, Dis Chem's sever generates one price for the item on the shelf and another for the same item at their tills. Stop ripping us off.
