Dis-Chem ******* consumers with incorrect pricing/

For the 3rd time, I was over charged for an item I bought at Dis-Chem, from what it was marked on the shelf.<br> Have had enough, how are you meant to remember every items price on the shelf to compare with your slip. Except this time I was over charged by R55-00 on an item.<br> When I insisted this time, what I thought was law, in terms of the consumer protection act, that they should refund me in full, the store manager Attie told me that was not, that they would kindly refund me the difference as if they were doing me a favour, by giving me back what was rightfully mine, when I asked if that was it, he then said he was sorry, as if to just brush you off. Its as if you dont count as a consumer, going elsewhere from now on, tired of their con artist ways!! Kevin G
