Dis-chem refuse to deliver a paid invoice

My mom placed an order on the Online via Dis-Chem order number #********** and received a call saying they have the stock however an amount is still outstanding. I have confirmation that when checking out a total was provided of which the funds were paid immediately on the 19 November
