Dis-chem Randburg square

I bought an Elektra 2 bar heater at dis-chem in randburg square in the 14th June 2023 and it was working till the 10th July,i went to the store on the 11th July and they told me they would take it for repairs and they said they would call me,it's been 9 days now and its best i don't mention names and i hope they will look into the matter cause this type off customer service is not on at all i went to the store and the guy i spoke to said he will call repairs and he kept on touching the phine and not dailing the number,i got ****ed and left the store coz i was also runing late.

can someone from that store get in touch with me cause i bought that 2 bar heater for R209!!
