<p>Dis chem promenade Mitchells Plain</p> <p>I never had a problem with Dis Chem their products and the value for the money is always good, unfortunately for one bad experience i had with a branch manager that look and act in arrogance.</p> <p>Mr Mark Thornton, at the Promenade in Mitchells plain, 1- he seems to not have customer service and don't know how to speak to his customers, secondly he has a attitude when you approach him.</p> <p>I would like to say that when you having a problem with your customers you don't call them and stand on their heads, you bow down to their levels and speak in a decent manner. Maybe the issue that you have with your customer was wrong but in the manner you approach your customers was really indecent and others in your store even eye ball you and the customer when you walk away in a way you think was right. i feel you need to be disciplined and apologise in the local news paper for your arrogance you had towards that customer.</p> <p> </p>
