I wish to give them - ZERO stars. I collected my chronic medicine which was prepacked. They did not have enough of my Hyperattention meds gave me 10 tablets. This was on the 26th February 2024. I received a message on the 1 March that they will cancel my script if I do not collect. On the 2 March I was told that this was a normal sms to warn you if you do not collect your prepacked meds. They still did not have stock but they assured me that I would get my meds before Thursday, 7th March. Which never happened. My call was dropped three times yesterday and I could not leave a message the voice box was full. Finally I demanded the reception lady that they should call me back etc. They did call and promised to try and get my meds. To cut a long story short No-one called. I called again this morning, same saga dispensary does not answer. My call was dropped twice and on the 3rd call I was speaking to Angie now very irate and worried who promised me to call me back, only after I left a message on whatsapp. I received my med at 15:30. No-one called to apologiese or say hell we are so sorry about this mistake which is our fault. I will not use them again. Extremely bad service and very rude. I do have a photo of my swollen feet and legs as well. I am definitely taking this further.
