Dis-Chem: Poor service

I went Dis-Chem at Jean Crossing to get an add on to my prescription. I just had an angiogram and the added on medicine to my prescription is live saving to me. The ***********, arrogant and clueless person behind the counter inform me that they do not have the medicine in stock as prescribe and she do not know by when it will be available. End of discussion, the attitude was if you cannot wait go and die somewhere else. I am stuck so I phone their office in Johannesburg, talking to Nicci who said it is not true they do have stock on hand. Although not the correct 150mg but they can give me 2 x 75mg of the medicine. Needless to say it cost double the price as the 150mg. I expect from a big retailer like Dis-Chem to ensure that they do carry stock at all times and that they train their *********** people to such a level where they can advice on alternative medicine and up their poor customer service.
