Dis-Chem poor service

Absolutely no customer service. I have been trying to get assistance with my app that was working perfectly fine until Dischem Albemarle intervened and managed to wipe my whole profile. Dischem Lambton dispensary told me to go to their in-store customer service which I did, just to get told that I must go to the dispensary people to assist me. I am so aggravated by this as I never know when my chronic repeat meds are available. Worst service ever. I now understand why so many people move to Clicks. Very frustrating 😡
