Dis-Chem please wake up

I’ve been waiting 40minutes in the dispensary. There is only one collection point, that is operated by a pharmacist assistant. There is nearly 10 people on duty and they are busy with drop off prescriptions. The queue is in between the shelves. This is the Three Rivers Branch at River Walk. The place is getting crowded and COVID-19 is real.
