Dis-Chem pharmacy rude staff Herm****

In the week I went to DisChem Herm**** to a lady that is utterly unfriendly and rude. This is not the first time she has treated me like this.

I am 90% blind and had to get my mother of 86 years medication. As I stood in line she called me I think her name is Nasley qnd I walked past her and in a very rude manner she said stop I am here. I asked for my mothers medication. She said to me I will not be helping you the script is not valid anymore and we have helped you enough. I completley underatand that she could get trouble but the absolute rude manner she said it in was totally unexeptable. I asked if she would just give me one of the dulines and then I would try to get a script because my mom is 86 she is in bed and very ill. Her reply was not my problem you will have to take her to the doctor and get a script. I was furious the way she spoke to me I can't see and I was treated like a piece of garbage. I spoke to the mqnager and she said she was sorry and will talk to her but I am very surtain she won't be talking to her. The other lady in the row walked up to be outside as I was waitimg for my lift and said that she has treated her just as unfriendly as me a previous time and now she refuses to go tl her for her medication. It is not the first time she has been ljke this to me it is about the 4th time she treated me so unfriendly and rude. I honestly feel like she is not a win for the branch. The other people in Dis Chem is always helpful always but this lady is utterly rude and I have now had enough.
