Dis-Chem Pharmacy Rosebank - Disgusting Service

Being a person that is on chronic medication I was incredibly disappointed and mortified at the service of he dispensary in Dis-Chem Rosebank! I have been getting my medication from Dis-chem for years, from various places and they have been excellent. Yesterday I went to Dis-Chem Rosebank and the guy behind the counter was rude, unkind and totally flippant asking me "what do I expect him to do?". I mean seriously, you are providing a service what he was meant to do was help! What happened is: In December 2017 my script had ended and the pharmacist said because it is chronic medication he will give me a months supply and then in January when I give him my script and it is loaded 1 month will be subtracted because of that. I was happy with that and thanked him. Upon returning from holiday I went and collected my script in the 2nd week of January. Then going to Dis-Chem in Rosebank, handing in my script and saying all I want to do is load the script on the 24th of January (if I am correct) and the guy was done in a matter of a few minutes. I was so surprised by his efficiency and thanked him for it. On January 31st 2018 I collected my meds as usual (and if no script was added I wouldnt have been able to collect it). Yesterday I went as normal and the guy was insistent you did not give us a script, he then proceeded to showing me footage of the 31st when I got my meds, but like I said i loaded my script before that. He insisted that it is not there and I did not hand in a script. Saying he cannot help, its not his problem, I need to get anther script and come in. That was incredibly rude and unacceptable. I mean what was the harm in just going and checking in their files where they keep the scripts handed to them. Surely they store those. Disgusting!!!! Now I have 3 days of CHRONIC medication left and no way of getting meds unless I find extra money to get a script when I have one. Thats not fair at all. I would like a call from them assisting ASAP before I go to the media, considering I work in the industry im guessing that does damage to their reputation. ********** 409, **********
