Dis-Chem Pharmacy ill treated me 💔💔

I went to Dis-Chem Pharmacy Mega City in Mmabatho on the 21st June 2024, I tapped for payment using Apple Pay. Payment went through and I also received an sms stating payment went through. There was however a glitch with their system and they told me payment didn’t go through even though I had already shown them that it did. I was then forced to make another payment, of which I did because they assured me the money will be reversed. On Sunday morning I came to the store and told them the money was not reversed and they said they wanted bank statement in order for them to reverse. I told them I don’t have money to get a bank statement, however was forced to because I wanted my money back. I got the bank statement that showed money was out of my account and never reversed, I took the statement to the store on the 26th of June. They told me they will reverse the money however I won’t be compensated for the money I lost when I requested a bank statement. The store manager there is useless and inconsiderate. I was inconvenienced for something that was not even my fault. Waisted my petrol and money that I did not even have. I am shuttered by this. Dischem Pharmacy Megacity Mmabatho is nonsense…
