Dis-Chem Pharmacy

I am on the Dis-Chem Medical Health Insurance Prime Cure. On the biggest scheme they have. They cover everything.

So I went to the doctor and my insurance covered the doctor costs but, when we got to Dis-Chem Pharmacy they told me the insurance don't cover the medecine. When I asked them why don't they cover the medecine they just told me "I don't know" they could not answer my question. So I decided to pay cash he said the payment will be R1300 I don't have that kind of money on me so I left.

I went to another local Pharmacy and they told me my incurance don't cover the medecine because they are not regestered with Prime Cure. So I told them that is 100% fine but what will the payment be if I pay cash. They said the payment will be R800. So they asked me what did they say at Dis-Chem Pharmacy why would my insurance not cover the medecine? I told them that I asked and they could not answer my question.

So first of all, Dis-Chem Pharmacy which is regestered at Prime Cure could not help me and the payment would be more! I am very dissapointed with the service.
