Dis-Chem, Pharmacists Who DON’T Care.

I wish I could attach the screenshots of my experience vs having to type it out here. Exceptionally long story short:

Did-Chem doesn’t have stock of my sons multivitamins. I get angry after having waited for over a month for stock having asked at the help desk with Letitica in POTCH, Sophy via email and then some nameless idiot on their fb page. I wrote “Excuse my language but *** is the problem?”

Please understand every morning for a month my son has asked for his “Gummies”. I as a Mom am gutted at not being able to give him his multi-vitamin.

Do you think there was any sympathy from Dis-Chem? Not a chance. They not only ignored my frustration but they stated “We don’t allow swearing”. Excuse me.... *** is hardly swearing. I flip my kid. Guess what folks? Now they come humbling asking for contact details so their management team can rectify the situation after stating I’m going to Hello Peter this.

And guess what more? The reply is “We aren’t active on Hello Peter so we won’t get your review.” Oh... they will. This I guarantee.

I’m a offended and livid that they care so little for a frustrated parent trying to care for their child. Their lack of concern clearly shows in their ratings.
