Dis-chem? Pharmacist who don't care!

So I went to a Dis-chem branch near me today. I got there at exactly 4 minutes after 4 and i sat by the benches waiting to be assisted. At exactly 21 minutes after 4 the nurse came out and told us that she is only taking appointments(which I didn't have because I wasn't required to make one the last time). And I explained to her that I don't have an appointment but I was literally gonna take 10 minutes cos I was just picking up my meds. That Nadine woman had an attitude for days!!!!! Public health care type! She moaned about how she was to assist a baby for 45 minutes. What's that got to do with me? The clinic hours are clearly stipulated as *whatever* time till 17h00 not "till a baby comes or till the nurse feels like knocking off". Or maybe I wasn't made aware of the T's and C's? (kindly address).

I asked her now as to when I should come or make an appointment for and her response was "too bad" and she lifted her shoulders. She did not care one bit! As I asked for her name she went ahead and said "if you wanna report me, go ahead! My name is Nadine!".

I went to this exact Dis-chem 3 months ago and got assisted by the exact person at that exact time with no hiccups. So now what changed?

i knock off at 4 so Do I come back tomorrow after 4 and still be turned away? Will I now be the face of "Dis-Chem bench warmers" and be turned away again? Why was I turned away whereas I got there 56 minutes before closing time?

The service I got today was not green light worthy.
