Dis-chem Pharmacist lack of work s**** & poor customer service

I had an incident regarding one of the pharmacist Sasha Mahara who is one of the pharmacist at the Blue route Mall in Western Cape Town.

This Pharmacist was rude & showed no customer service when asked for recommendation on the best cough syrup which is safe to administer to breast feeding wife in which she is suffering with combination of dry & wet cough.

Instead of trying to provide the best customer service she became more defensive when I question her ability as been specialist in her profession been a Pharmacist in which I ended up going to a different pharmacy to get better customer service.

I am appalled that especially in this world that we live in that there is still the lack of poor customer service & this is just one example & these type of cases should be addressed by the above mentioned Business.
