Dis-chem Parkmeadows is useless

I and a teacher and had a terrible fall. At the store opening time I contacted them and asked them to deliver some transact patches and anti inflammatory to assist me as we had parents evening and could only leave the school very late that day. I called several times and each time I was told the driver was five minutes away. Eventually at 3:30pm I called them yet again and was asked to call the driver and give him directions! When I initially called in the morning I tried to give them the directions and was told please not to very rudely by a man there who said all drivers have a gps. I gave the address of the school and yet they did not deliver I am most angry about thi. I had to go to linksfield hospital to receive medication after hours, which was twice the price! <br> <br> What disgusting service! This is not the first problem I have had with them but they are literally 5 minutes away from the school so I decided to ask them the bring the medicines there. They have done so for other teachers before. How appalling.
