Dis-Chem or rather DIE-*****!!!

Dis-Chem or rather "Die-*****"???

I went into Dis-Chem, Mmabatho, last week Sunday (15 August 2020) where I was ****** by Dis-Chem. I made a purchase. The payment went through, reflecting on my cell phone. I showed it to the cashier. Then I was moved to another till and told to pay again and that the money would "bounce-back". I was a stupid trusting naive person. I believed that a place with a clinic that is meant to help society would not ***** FROM ME. I made the extra payment, hoping for the best.

2 days later, still nothing... I only had R2 left in my bank account at this point. So now I sit with no food because I my money was taken from me *******LY!!

I went into store (driving out more petrol, consuming more work time) where I was assisted by Customer Service, the Supervisor who assisted in robbing me on Sunday, and another lady named Margret.

We called my bank, Capitec, who confirmed that the money was indeed deducted TWICE and that the fault was not on their end. Margaret then called who I am assuming is their head office or their bank (I was kept rather in the dark as to what was going on as I stood my hour of waiting) who then confirmed on their side that BOTH TRANSACTIONS SHOWED IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT and that therefore they did owe me the money as the fault was INDEED ON THEIR SIDE. They DO INDEED HAVE MY MONEY FROM BOTH TRANSACTIONS IN THE THEIR BANK ACCOUNT. IT was LOCATED in THEIR BANK.

After a long wait I was told to leave the store so that they could do their job and it was indicated to me by Margret that she would contact me on my cell phone that afternoon (18 August 2020) in respect of the money owed to me. She assured me that she took my details from my bank statements as brought for evidence and that it was necessary to supply same as she did INDEED HAVE MY CELL PHONE NUMBER. So there is one excuse already crossed off the list, just so by the way.

It is now Sunday 23 AUGUST 2020... I AM STILL WAITING... AND I AM STILL HUNGRY AND STILL WITH NOTHING.

DIS-CHEM YOU DISGUSTING *******!!! *****ING FROM THE POOR AND REFUSING TO RECTIFY YOUR ******** ACTIVITY AFTER ADMITTING TO IT WHEN I BRING YOU THE EVIDENCE!!

This truly used to be my favourite shop in the world. But I am so put off now, I do not think that I could ever return with a smile on my face.

I am so DISAPPOINTED, DISGUSTED and HUMILIATED by you, Dis-Chem.

This is truly a disgusting act and attitude, especially considering the hardships that we are all suffering during these trying times. Not only do you take my money that is meant to feed my family, but you also make me return time and time again to sort out YOUR ****-UP and ******** MISTAKE putting myself into the world and risking getting a disease for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON OTHER THAN YOUR STAFF AND SYSTEM IS ***********!!
