Dis-Chem online stole my benefit points

I was shopping online with dischem now, i chose my items and proceeded to checkout, used my benefit points, and when i clicked on the payment method it didnt let me complete the details and said im finished, but did not confirm my order, my benefit points are now gone and my order has vanished. how can they ***** my money like that?
