Dis-Chem online simply totally ***********.

.I telephoned the Dis-Chem online department, rather I tried to phone Dis-Chem online, to purchase a number of products as their system was problematic. I was greeted with the standard, " Please hold the line we........." tripe. About 3 minutes later I was told 'you are now 3rd in line' Great I thought, that wasn't too bad. About 6-7 minutes later I was told " you are first in line, that again wasn't too bad. I then held on for over 30 minutes being told constantly that I was first in line with no answer, I had then had enough and put then phone down. Obviously I wasn't first in line, or perhaps I was and the relevant staff member had gone off for tea. Really Dis-Chem this is totally unacceptable, get your act together.
