Dis-Chem Online Shopping- Stock

This isn't a complaint, more so a suggestion. I've recently made use of your delivery option and today, i made use of your click& collect option. This is very convenient as I don't have the time to always go shopping and your store stocks a lot of products. Online shopping is very convenient for me and online shopping from Dis-Chem is even better. But i do have a tiny issue with the fact that there is no way to tell whether you have stock or not at stores or when you order for delivery. This makes it very hard to see what is in stock and if necessary that i should choose alternative options. I also find it inconvenient, should i pick click and collect, that i should then order the item for delivery, firstly not knowing whether it is in stock and then secondly having to pay the delivery fee for a single item since i couldn't get it from the stores. My suggestion would be to add an online only option to your items or an option for customers to see whether you have something in stock or not. I truly enjoy shopping from Dis-Chem, but this is something that takes the convenience and time-saving aspect out of the whole online shopping facility. Please consider it.
