Dis-Chem Online Service Sucks Ass, worst service Ever

I've been waiting from the 30th for a product ordered online from Dis-Chem, then on 1 Feb 2021 I get a call from the courier to collect, get to the gate, no courier, I try to phone, the courier cancelles the call. Its now 05 Feb 2021 and still no package. I've asked that I be re-funded but clearly that is not going to happen either. So take that money cause its equivalent to getting two large pizza's, so take it and stick it, as this is the last I'm dealing with you, your online service is shocking and clearly not important enough for you to pay attention too.
