Dis-Chem online payment interface to Discovery Miles does not work!

Today was the umpteenth time I have tried to pay for a Dis-Chem online order using my Discovery Miles, only to have the order "disappear" and not appear on my list of orders. When I phone the online team at Dis-Chem they tell me the order is PENDING because they have not received payment. However the Discovery Miles have already been deducted from my Discovery miles account. Dis-Chem says the only solution is for them to cancel my order and I must try again.

My order history is riddled with a list of cancelled orders because of this same exact problem. The big annoyance is the onus is then ON ME to phone Discovery Bank and explain everthing and try and get them to give me back my Discovery Miles. SUCH a pain in the ass.

So be warned! The interface from Dis-Chem online to Discovery Miles is buggy at best and does not work at all at worst. DON'T use it!
