Dis-Chem Online - Pathetic

I ordered 5 products from Dis-Chem online whereby 4 was the same product (screen clean kit). Confirmation went through and Dis-Chem informed me that my parcel is on its way. Naturally I thought to myself that - great I will receive all my goods as everything was confirmed and the parcel is on its way. I waited 6 working days and finally when the parcel came, I only received the 1 product that was not the same as the other 4. Upon calling Dis-Chem to ask them where the rest of the order is as I expected the order to have all my goods, the lady informed me that the 4 products that I ordered that was 4 of the same, was OUT OF STOCK and that no other Dis-Chem have the product in stock...

Why make this product available when ordering and confirming the order and sending me an email to state that my order is on its way if 4 out of the 5 products was not included due to out of stock reasons? Why was I not informed of this?

What a waste of my time. I do not stand for unprofessional service.

I won't be ordering online from Dis-Chem ever again and will try my best to avoid them. I will rather go to Clicks.
