Dis-Chem Online Orders - Benmore Gardens.

I have placed an order on Friday 25 January 2019, and received the order confirmation on Monday 28 January 2019. After 5 Working days I called Benmore Gardens (as per the SMS received) to confirm when I can expect delivery and after a very unprofessional phone call I was notified that I can expect delivery Tuesday 5 February ( 11 days after placing my order). I phoned again today (Wednesday 6 February 2019 and once again a painful experience over the phone with no answer. After being directed to 5 departments I finally spoke to someone that could not even confirm if my package was sent or if there is a tracking number. I was told that I will be called back with the tracking number. The service I received was shockingly poor and the person answering the online orders department seems to be clueless, uninformed, and unprofessional.
