Dis-chem online order not delivered in full

I placed an online order 30th Sept 2019 on the Dis-Chem website order no. 546317. The stock was delivered to me the next Friday 4th Oct 2019, but my order was not complete. I emailed them the same day to inform them that my order was incomplete. I think they cc me in the mail that was addressed to Dis-Chem Benmore stating that they should take note of my email. A week passed and only the 2nd week later, Monday or Tuesday I got a call from a gentleman from Dis-chem Benmore (don't remember his name), and he said they would deliver my outstanding order the same week. Its the 22 Oct 2019. I have still not received the goods outstanding nor have I received a refund from them for goods not delivered????.....
