Dis-Chem online - great service

Dis-Chem online is a saving grace when the nearest store is located 200km from where you live. Ordering online means I don't have to wait for the next visit to town to buy my monthly health supplies and toiletries. When I placed my order this weak I also cashed in my loyalty points, but the sytem glitched and my order-status turned to "pending" before I could pay. I e-mailed the customer service desk for help. I immediately recieved a mail back, explaining what I was to do. The issue was resolved the same day. Excellent service! Thank you Dis-chem!
