Dis-chem Online

In early April 2020 I ordered a toilet raiser from Dis-chem online for R450, which was a smallish plastic raiser. About two weeks later I received a much more complicated toilet raiser, which cost R699,. I immediately emailed Dis-chem and told them I did not want this particular item, and wanted them to send the courier to recollect it and provide me with the original order, for which I had paid. Despite quite a few emails [[trying to phone them was impossible] nothing has happened and I still sit without the raiser I originally ordered and paid for and with the box containing the larger raiser on my dining table, awaiting collection.
