Dis-Chem Online Excellent Experience

My husband and I orfdered off the online Dis-Chem site, and being the first time we were ordering we were a bit apprehensive. Anyway, not even 1 day later he received a call from them (a pleasant sounding lady) to inform him that the specific item he ordered was not in stock at the moment but offered him different flavours or a full refund. My husband did not want of the other flavours and opted for a full refund. Again we were skeptical as to when this refund would happen or if it actually would. Surprise surprise not 3 days later he had a full refund from Dis-Chem. We really were pleasantly surprised as not only was the lady who called in very pleasant and helpful but the refund was done with no problem. We intend to do our Dis-Chem shopping online. Thank You
