Dis chem online are lying about stock available

Good day. I received an email from dischem stating that they received stock for the product I was long waiting for. I immediately ordered it and I had to make payment which I did. My status and emails showed that they received payment and order is being processed. A day thereafter I received a call from a dischem store in germiston stating they have no stock ! I asked why did they put me through all this trouble to make payment etc if there is not even stock. Nobody could give me an answer. Not even head office. And why sent an email to me stating that they have new stock if it is a lie. Now my order is cancelled and I have to wait a few days for payment but when I had to pay I had to do it immediately! This is unprofessional and totally unacceptable. It is clear their online website is not working at all. Please people dont buy online. They are just waisting out time and money. They are lying about stock availability.
