Dis-Chem Online and Delivery very disappointed

Have had an unfortunate with Dis-Chem’s online and delivery service. Purchased some allergy medicine online, paid and accepted the significant charge for delivery within 5 days. I waited patiently and received several updates via email and sms up to the point where my parcel was with the selected courier service provider. I had been notified that my parcel was collected from Dischems Benmore branch in Johannesburg.On Friday received a call from the courier asking where exactly they should deliver. I was confused as I had cleared loaded my delivery address on my profile. The courier informed me that he was in Herm**** - I was perplexed considering I live in Bryanston Johannesburg. I sent a message via the chat facility in the Dis-Chem app and an email to their customer care department requesting an immediate refund. I received a reply via app asking whether this was a Dis-Chem or Mr Delivery delivery - can only assume it’s via Dis-Chem as I ordered through their app. I am yet to receive any comms from their customer care department. I am glad what I ordered wasn’t chronic meds as I could have been left in a desperate situation. Irrespective of that I had ordered online and wanted delivery as I’d like to avoid shopping malls considering the current COVID situation. Disappointed.
