DIS-CHEM ONLINE

I have had been ordered online many items from different suppliers and normally I didn’t encounter many problems. However I need to point out my discontent with the Dis-chem Online webpage setting. First it is slow in typing while searching for specific product. But the most annoying part which is very important in my view and need to be improved is the CHECK OUT page. Let me explain. After I redeemed my entire beneficiary points and go to the page of PAY NOW. Once you click on that button and it didn’t accept for any reason the credit card payment YOU can’t go back and retrieve your shopping basket which now shows Zero. All the points are taking away, all the shopping list wiped out and customer left with no other option but call online customer Care. They had been very polite in assisting by providing link to EFT payment but that is not what customer has to go through. Please try to upgrade your webpage so customer will have complete satisfaction while using Dis-Chem Online. Kind Regards, Dr Rita Waisberg
