DIs-chem Olympus DISGRACE to customer service

Placed on online order with Dis-chem in the morning of 11/10/2022. The order was sent to Dis-chem Olympus for processing. On 13/10/2022 I checked on the status of the order and I saw there is no progress on it. I logged a query on the website. I received a call from Dis-chem Olympus informing me that I have not paid for the order. I tried explaining to the lady that I have paid when I placed the order, that I have proof of payment and that the transaction shows on my statement. She argued and told me I need to go pay for the order as it shows "pending payment" and that I am mistaken. I was quite upset and contacted Dis-chem via Facebook, Online assured me that my payment had been received. My order was then updated to dispatched. The lady from Dis-Chem Olympus phoned me back and accused me of providing her with the wrong order number! I told her I copied and pasted the order number, it was correct!

Way to go Dis-Chem OLYMPUS! Blaming customers for your complete and utter incompetence!!!!
