Dis-Chem nurse

Today my mother went for her first pap smear at Heidelberg Mall Dis-Chem. First the nurse was rude and denied that we had an appointment, then she told us to pay 190 for her services. When I asked whether it wasn't covered by medical aid even though we came with a prescription she told us this wasn't a government hospital if we can't pay the 190 we must go to lancet to do the pap smear there. Then we agreed to pay. The invoice shows that she charged us for consultation we didn't request with false amount of time and observation....the total amount of her charges came to 170. To me she didn't seem like she wanted to perform the pap smear because she even asked why didn't we do it at the other Dis-Chem in Heidelberg. After she didn't even communicate on when the results will be out and where we should collect them.
