Dis-Chem not making refund

Paid for online order and delivery - not all items came and was told we would be refunded immediately. It is now over a month later and still nothing!

This is beyond shocking service! You have had our money for over a month now, earning interest on it!! Its absolute *****!! No communication, no phone call nothing! And I am sure there are hundreds of other people in the same boat!!
