Dis-Chem Northgate ...pathetic teller service..especially teller 5

Dis-Chem Northgate Took some time for me to cool down before writing this review. This morning (2019.05.20) standing in the till queue waiting for one of the ten free tellers, all chatting to each other to call me in order to pay for my items. Waiting,,,waiting,,, no one calls,,,,all still chatting away... I decide to go to teller nr 5, who looks at me as to say i did not call you.... looks at me, does not greet...just Dischem card?... i lost it.... telling all 10 tellers how rude they are letting a client wait..then get attitude from teller 5....pay for my stuff and then the teller next to her laughing at me.... i just left as it is not worth wasting my time and energy on rude uncultured people

then i decide before i write on Hello Peter, let me phone and speak to the manager...well....held on for 20 minutes listening to a voice telling me how important my call is ....lol...

Dis_Chem is this really the pathetic bad service you wish to portray to clients. Really..did not expect this ...

Will be taking my business somewhere else.... i wonder how many other clients get treated like **** and just dont say anything
