You have no ethics. Instead of being professional you are dating amongst each other creating dangerous conflict between staff members. I am currently dealing with a suicidal son because a pharmacy manager stole his girlfriend. As much as my son is to blame for his unprofessional behaviour I must question the motives of you people who allow dating in the work place to even exist. Dischem Newcastle used to be my favourite place to get my essentials but I am disturbed by the way things are done in that place. I am a parent I can't keep an eye on my grown son 24/7 but I would expect a company of so much value to at least prevent such chaos from happening, these employees spend most of their lives at work they should be protected by your policies an procedures just as much as it protects the company.
