Dis-chem Montana Bad service

My transaction was changed twice on my account and now that i have to get refunded the merchant is giving me the run around. Manage can not even call me back they are instructing the Cashier to call me and the cashier does not understand how Dis-Chem merchant service and refund process works. The staff is not trained on how to assist client with transaction on scan to pay with the PQ code. Bad service all around. I am expected to get the get all the details from they bank for a refund into my account.
