Dis-chem Menlyn - ill treatment by security and manager

On Friday 9th October 2020, we went to Dis-Chem Menlyn to get a few necessities and fill our prescriptions as usual. We also picked up 2 lighters in the queue on the way to the till. When we got to the till, we decided to sign up for the Dis-chem loyalty card. I went to the information desk to do that. While I was filling in the forms, I accidently put the 2 lighters in my pocket to free up my hands, I completely forgot about the lighters as I rushed back to the till to pay for our things. When we were leaving the shop, we were stopped by security and we were asked if we forgot to pay for anything to which we responded “no”. We offered for them to go through our packets and check. The security the asked if I had anything in my pocket and I suddenly remembered that I had the lighters in there. I immediately apologized, explained my situation, and requested to go and pay. I was then escorted to the back room, where I was threatened with police action and treated very poorly by the store manager. They were extremely rude, and I was told I can be lucky. They forced me to take a photo holding the 2 lighters, like a ********, that is now plastered on their walls. I was then also forced to go and pay for the “******” lighters. I want my picture removed and deleted! I would also like an apology from the manager for the way I was treated
