Dis-chem medical aid is useless!!!!!!!!!

Dis-chem has now partnered with kaelo or primecure as a medical aid and it is the most frustrating , unhelpful and useless medical aid that could ever exist.

I would advice against getting this medical . Rather get a different option but don't ever use or get it.

My gran has been struggling with them for the past 3 months and we are not getting any help or any solutions and no one can give a strait answer.
