Dis-chem Mall of the North Wellness Clinic, Risking our lives

My Doctor prescribed Gardasil Vaccine last year. I then went to Dis-Chem in Cresta to get the shot. For the second one in Jan I had to go to the one in Mall of the North, and they gave me a Cervix shot. No explanation no nothing. Today I had to go for the last one in Ferndale village, the nurse is confused that the card is for Gardasil but the sticker form Mall of the North is Cervarix .

My concern is why the nurse in Mall of the North decided to give me Cervarix over Gardasil without any explanation and or my Consent. Isn't this posting a risk though? After taking 3 different shots of the vaccine, am I really protected? How do you decide to override my Doctor's prescription?

Can Dischem Polokwane please give me My three shots of Gardasil?? There is a reason why My Doctor prescribed it over Cervarix.
