Dis-Chem Mall of Africa: Meds paid for but not received

28th March 2024 I emailed Mall of Africa Dis-chem to pack my chronic meds for collection within a couple of hours. I received an SMS to say it is ready and went straight there to find meds not ready (Apparently Head Office contacts client, not the branch). After a while a lady came to the counter and packed meds into a packet which she handed me and I left, paying as I went. Later I got a call asking if I had received all my meds (I wonder why? Did they find meds laying around?) I opened the packet then onto my bed and no 2 meds were missing - although they were on the script which I paid for. They then said they would check the cameras and revert. No one contacted. I later contacted them again and they said there was nothing apparent on the cameras and I now do not have those 2 pills for the month. Why did they phone? Obviously they found something. I am a pensioner and cannot afford to pay for things that I do not receive and also should not be without my meds. I will probably take my next script elsewhere!
