Dis-Chem Mall of Africa.

My daughter went into Mall of Africa Dis-Chem to purchase herself a bottle of the new Ariana Grande perfume, only to find a middle aged man doing what looked like administration work at the perfume counter. She stood and patiently waited once she had spotted her perfume as she needed to test which fragrance would best suite her. She was ignored by all, including the man behind the actual counter. My daughter eventually approached a lady in the process of cleaning and repacking the facial care shelves. This lady then went and assisted my daughter in selecting the correct perfume, very politely and was very helpful. However, she then had to go and try and find a cashier for the perfume counter, and in the end she had to escort my daughter to the main cashiers because the perfume counter cashier was no-where to be found.

I do not believe that the age of an individual should in anyway effect the service provided.

The cashiers in the store are lovely and friendly, but this kind of service is becoming the norm at Mall of Africa
