Dis-Chem letting us down again.

I Bought a value deal which was a Volkano speaker and wireless Capricorn earbuds. The Total amount came to R800,00 The left earbud has no audio but does connect to the phone, I was advised that I have to return the earbuds as well as the speaker, due to it being a value bundle deal, however as Dis-chem no longer has this special I will only receive either a speaker or a headset in return and not both as per previously held, how is it my fault that the headset decided to stop working? I am a student and cannot afford to buy a new device because i am only able to get one or the other back from the return. I bought it as a value deal from Dis-Chem as it was affordable for the value deal and as such i should receive both as per the value deal that I originally purchased.

I find it highly ********* as it is once again not my fault these earbuds don’t work.
