Dis-Chem is Tops!

I bought an expensive Phillips electronic toothbrush from Dischem online 6 months ago. A few days ago I realised that the top where the toothbrush goes in is loose and the toothbrush is making a pecu**** sound. Yesterday I took the Toothbrush with the charger to Dischem Olympus, I didn't have the box anymore. Tebogo told me to leave it there and she will contact the supplier. This afternoon she phoned me and said that the supplier agreed that I could exchange it. Dischem Olympus didn't have stock, but Menlyn had. The problem was that I bought it online on promotion. With the help of Carin at Dischem Olympus and Albert at Dischem Menlyn, they gave me a brand new toothbrush for the same price. Thank you so much.
