DIS-CHEM IS DISSAPOINTING

Dis-chem... Dis-chem, I wanted to buy vitamins and as I approached the till the lady then asked me if I wanted to join as a card member and pulled out a pamphlet saying that if I bought at Dis-chem for an certain amount then I will receive a baby bag. this was in last year already. My baby is almost 6 months old and no baby bag. I called head office and they didn't know and said it was sent to the branch. I went to enquire from the branch 4 times where they said that they are waiting for the bags to be sent to them by head office. Who is lying. Can I even use the baby bag if I get it now? I am really dissapointed. As I usually buy from Clicks and never had any problem with them.
