Dis-Chem, *********** or indifferent? Maybe both!

Yet once again my online order arrived from Dischem with an item missing. I ordered and paid for Allergex tablets for R70.95 - and as soon as I unpacked the box I found it was not there. I immediately emailed the Careline - no response. It's now two weeks later and have sent a further two emails. Still no acknowledgement, response or refund. This happens on a regular basis and I am ignored by them on a regular basis too. Their service is terrible and their customer care non-existent.
